- Mini health coaching session on the topic of your choosing. As well as a health seminar focused on the 5M’s: mindset & mantras, manage stress, movement, meal plan, and metabolic reboot.Â
- Refuel your body and mind with delicious, organic and wholesome meals as you enjoy the chance to take a moment, appreciate the beauty of nature and realign yourself for the year ahead.

A few things to note about our menu:
We try to always buy organic or local whenever possible. The food that we offer is designed to nourish your body and fill up your tummy! We aim for food that is nutrition-dense and also tastes AMAZING! Please let us know if you have a food sensitivity and we can discuss possible options. We offer many gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free menu items, BUT, those with Celiac Disease or extreme allergies, need to be aware that we prepare our food in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, wheat and other allergens may be present.
Buffet Style Dinner
- Hummus and rice crackers

Green smoothie, fresh fruit and gluten-free, multi-grain muffins
Lunch
- Red lentil, tomato and coconut cream soup, mixed local salad greens with balsamic/maple dressing, gluten-free rolls, to-die-for zucchini bites and quinoa and lime salad with avocado and cilantro
Dinner
- Wild-caught salmon baked with lemon, fresh herbs and olive oil. Smashed sweet potatoes with garlic butter and parmesan cheese, Roasted collard greens with an arugula salad with pecans, pears, goat-cheese  and champagne vinaigrette. Followed by a dessert of gluten-free bourbon peach cobbler with a mixed fruit and coconut cream and maple topping
